Cruise night at Isabella St

We recently went to Thunder Bay for the second time this summer. The main purpose of our trip was to attend Chris and Catherine's beautiful wedding. However, we had a chance to catch up with our Thunder Bay family for a second time this summer. One highlight was seeing Nana and Poppa all settled into their new digs. They are now living in a wonderful retirement home and have already made lots of new friends, are participating in exercise class three times a week, have wonderful meals prepared three times a day. They were thrilled to have their great grandson visit and Logan and Papa went cruisin'.

New Friends!

It has been a year of many new friends! A couple of weeks ago we met another cutie. The Hammell's came to Waterloo and we were able to catch up for an afternoon. It was fabulous to catch up and meet Fenton.

and he has figured it out....

After months of rolling, rocking, pushing backwards, and other awkward movements, it looks like Logan has finally figured out how to crawl. Our lives will never be the same again!

Salsa-fest 2011

Each year we get together with our good friends Meg & Andrew and Annette & Rob to make salsa, pickles, and chili sauce. This year we decided to get a bit of a head start and head to St. Jacob's on Thursday. Tonight we wrapped up our last batch!
