Happy Easter!
This weekend we enjoyed a pretty quiet weekend at home and worked on getting Logan to nap in his crib. He did a pretty good job for the most part. We only gave in once and pulled him out of his crib which ended up in a 2 hour nap on Dad.
We borrowed a Jolly Jumper last week (thanks Meg, Andrew, and Clara) and Logan is starting to figure it out. It is pretty cute to see him bounce and twirl about. He also had a chance to "hang" with Dad.
He continues to change daily and hope that you are enjoying his updates.
Matt, Lisa, Avery, and Quinn joined us for lunch today. We had a great time hanging out and Logan especially enjoyed time with Quinn. Even though Logan is growing like a monster he has not caught up to Quinn. Quinn is 4 days older than Logan.
Dan downloaded some videos from his phone that we had forgotten about. So tiny. Love you LB.

This year was the 7th annual Sticky Weekend. My parents make maple syrup and their hobby keeps them quite busy at this time of year. When the sap is flowing it can be more that a full time job. Since sleep can be limited anyways 7 years ago we decided that we would "help them out". By this I mean that we (friends and family - this year we had 14 people, 2 babies, and 1 dog staying for the weekend!) descend on Mom & Dad's. We bring with us the essentials - bathing suit for the hot tub/ beverages/ heaps of food. And sometimes we help make maple syrup. This year was one of the years that we were put to work and we made 60 L over the weekend. We also introduced our new additions to the annual festivities!
It goes so fast. You hear it from every parent and I can only say that it is definitely true! Our little monkey is already four months old. Shots come along with this milestone and today we had a trip to the doctors. One comment that we hear often these days is you would never know that he is a preemie. Today he weighed in at 15.72 lbs (75%ile) and is 25" (50%ile) tall. He is doing very well and based on the way he watches us eat will be ready for food when we start solids at 6 months! He did pretty well today after having his shots but by the end of swimming lessons he was done!
